In the last ten years the Trust has made grants of over £1.7m to equine and elderly charities.

The Elise Pilkington Charitable Trust are Full Welfare Equine Members of The National Equine Welare Council who work to ‘protect horses, ponies, donkeys and mules, by providing support, guidance and a communication forum to equine organisations, businesses and charities to help raise equine welfare standards nationwide’  The Trust are also pleased to confirm their assistance in funding the NEWC Code of Practice which outlines the framework for providing exemplary levels of horse care by NEWC members.
